We get very excited about working with individuals and teams and their values.

We also get very excited about our own values, so if you have a moment we’ll share them with you:

• Minessence – simplifying complex things for practical application in such a way as people feel energised and new solutions are created

• Word – using the power of language to share ideas and develop new visions

• Synergy – working effectively with others enabling everybody to achieve more together than would have been possible by the same people separately

• Simplicity and play – enjoying things makes light of heavy work and we believe hugely increases the likelihood that the seeds of any desired change will take root and grow.

Why work with values?

Scientists have shown that when we are consciously connected to our values we suffer less stress.

Research has revealed that when our values are in alignment with a task we have do we try harder and are happier to do so – this is sometimes called “discretionary effort” and it has been shown to release up to 17% more performance.

When an organisation is clear about its values and explains them to the outside world it is more successful in attracting people that really want to be part of it, will stay longer and work more productively than in a place where the person-values-organisation fit is poorer.
